DE NOVO PLANNING GROUP TASK ORDER NO. 12
At staff' s request, De Novo Planning Group prepared and submitted a Scope of Work to prepare and manage the City' s 6t'' Cycle Housing Element Update ( exhibit to Attachment B, Task Order No. 12).
De Novo Planning Group continues to provide effective and reliable professional consulting services. De Novo Planning Group is well qualified to update the City' s Housing element having prepared the City' s 5t" Cycle Housing Element.
CEQA STATUS:
Not a Project as defined in Article 20, 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act ( CEQA) Guidelines.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Task Order No. 12 will not exceed $ 112, 290 and will be funded through grants that were applied for and awarded to the City to promote the development of housing.
City has appropriated $ 42, 000 from SB- 2 Grant and $ 70, 290 from the Local Early Action Planning ( LEAP) Grant for a total of $ 112, 290 for the 6th Cycle of the Housing Element.
Funding for the project was not allocated in the adopted FY 2022- 23 Budget; therefore, staff is requesting the City Council approve a budget amendment transferring $ 112, 290 from the Intergovernmental State Fund to the Professional Services Fund ( 2010) as follows:
