PRIORITY 1 CALL TYPES
AND UPDATED RESPONSE TIMES

PURPOSE
The purpose of this presentation is to show:
• Definition of Priority Calls
• Lathrop PD Priority 1 response times for June and July • Compare Priority 1 calls to staffing levels
• Response time and handling of 9-1-1 calls
• Priority 1 - Crimes against persons and property that are felonies and/or inprogress or life-threatening situations which require immediate response. • Priority 2 - Crimes against persons and property with no imminent danger of bodily harm, but requires a response without delay.
• Priority 3 – Calls where a report or action may be delayed. No bodily threat to persons.
Priority 1 Call Incident Types:
• Domestic disputes, robbery, assault with deadly weapon, rape, vehicle accidents involving injuries, carjacking, missing “at risk” juvenile/adult, shots fired, and burglary.
