2 On October 9, 2023, City Council approved the first reading of an ordinance to amend the Lathrop Municipal Code (LMC) Section 10.16.010, Truck Routes, to align the LMC with the approved General Plan
In accordance with LMC Section 10.16.030, City Council can establish truck routes by resolution with a public hearing
On October 9, 2023, City Council directed staff to bring an item to remove Golden Valley Parkway between Lathrop Road and River Islands Parkway from the truck route listing and map Staff recommends that the City Council hold a public hearing consider all information and public testimony and, if determined to be appropriate approve the list of citywide truck routes as illustrated in the next slide
