AWARD THREE ( 3) MASTER PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICE AGREEMENTS TO
4LEAF, INC., BPR CONSULTING GROUP LLC,
AND TRB AND ASSOCIATES, INC., AND
APPROVE THREE ( 3) TASK ORDERS FOR EACH,
TO PROVIDE PLAN REVIEW SERVICES,
BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES, AND
PERMITTING SERVICES TO THE BUILDING

Professional Consulting Service Agreements to
4LEAF, Inc., BPR Consulting Group LLC, and
TRB and Associates, Inc., and Approving Three
3) Task Orders for Each, to Provide Plan
Review Services, Building Inspection Services,
and Permitting Services to the Building
Department
SUMMARY:
Construction and development activity related to capital improvement, private land development, residential, commercial, and industrial projects, has seen a significant increase in the Building Department, with an influx in permit submittals that require plan review. To efficiently manage the workload for plan review, and ensure timely service delivery, the Department relies on external professional consulting services for Plan Review Services, Building Inspection Services, and Permitting Services.
In order to streamline operations and enhance service quality in the Building Department, Staff is requesting City Council approve the following:
Award three ( 3) Master Professional Consulting Service Agreements, each with an initial term of one ( 1) year to the following Consulting Agencies:
4LEAF, Inc.
BPR Consulting Group LLC
TRB and Associates, Inc.
Approve three ( 3) Task Orders for each agreement. These agreements will cover the following services:
1. Plan Review Services - Comprehensive review of construction plans to ensure compliance with Building Codes and Regulations
2. Building Inspection Services - As -Needed, On - Site Inspections to verify compliance with Approved Plans and Applicable Codes during various stages of construction
3. Permitting Services - As -Needed, On -Site Permitting Services to complete assigned projects and tasks in the Building Department
