performance of appointed officials, City
Manager, City Attorney and Police Chief
Council met in closed session to discuss their
performance on July 14, 2025 and August 11,
2025
Tonight’s action formalizes the approval of
Council Action
As directed by prior Council consensus, it is
recommended that the City Council of the
City of Lathrop hereby approve:
◦ Amendment No. 7 to the City Manager Employment
Agreement,
◦ Amendment No. 5 to the City Attorney Employment
Agreement
◦ Onetime performance bonus of 3% of gross salary
to the City Manager, City Attorney and Police Chief.
