MODIFICATIONS AND UPGRADES PROJECT, CIP WW
26- 09
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution to Approve a Budget Amendment for the Mossdale Wastewater Pump Station Access
Modifications and Upgrades Project, CIP WW 26- 09
SUMMARY:

The Mossdale Wastewater Pump Station Access Modifications and Upgrades Project CIP WW 26- 09) is needed to address current access limitations and equipment deficiencies at the existing facility. On October 13, 2025, the City Council approved a Professional Services Agreement ( PSA) with Alisto Engineering Group, Inc. in the amount of $ 94, 480 to provide engineering design services for the project. This approval was based on the understanding that sufficient funding had been allocated to CIP WW 26- 09 in the Fiscal Year 2025-026 budget. However, it was later determined that only $ 75, 000 had been budgeted for this project for this fiscal year.

As a result, a budget amendment in the amount of $ 25, 000 is being requested through a transfer of funds from the CTF- MBR Capital Replacement Fund ( Fund 6110).
