I ride Lathrop transit to/from Lathrop high school daily from the start of the school year by choice. As well I got biggest benefit of free fixed-route service. Plus also help Lathrop transit to unofficially depart Generational center at 3:40 instead of 3:35 because who thinks student could walk to the stop 3 minutes after school dismissal and helped out in the trunk or treat event for lathrop transit.
So l fully support the fact the schedule is going to be redesigned but actually we could also serve ACE rider and better serve High school student with 1 extended service hour 2 new stop will be add at Lathrop/Manteca Ace station that I believe most people in Lathrop will support and in the bus curb near the new traffic light to the direction to 1-5 at Spartans way and Central Pacific St with that stop student could save 5 minutes walking already with schedule already made out by me
The redesigned Fixed Route system will now have 4 routes: see attachment below Dial a Ride will be between 8:10 to 3:25 plus limited service from 4:30 to 5:15(except no dial a ride between 8:40 to 9:10 on late start Wednesday)
We Also need GTFS data That people could see this service with Google or Transit app Also, another comment is that why we cut the intracity entirely Van Go! Service when Lathrop transit doesn't run on weekend. As well there is still a big service gap at weekday between 3:20 to 5:00 with the current service. With my proposal I mean it works at weekday. So I won't be oppose to cut Van Go intracity at weekday but not at all at weekends.
