RECOMMENDATION: Council to Consider the Following:
1. Hold a Public Hearing; and
2. Adopt Resolution To Amend and/ or Approve the
Final Engineer' sReport and Order the Levy and
Collection of Assessments for the City of Lathrop
Industrial Lighting Maintenance District for Fiscal
Year 2026/7; Maximum Assessment for the
District for Fiscal Year 2026/7 not to exceed
Zone A $ 9. 30; Zone B $ 47. 39; Zone C $ 9. 30, and
Proposed Annual Assessment for Fiscal Year
2026/7 Zone A $ 9. 30; Zone B $ 47. 39; Zone C

3. Adopt Resolution To Amend and/ or Approve the
