Being a parent of school going children, I completely understand the needs to be families living in Lathrop and how these needs can be met by developing the infrastructure of Lathrop in a practical and pragmatic way. I work closely with the kids and Parents and have seen the issues around safety and security within the city which is not surprising considering the speed of growth.
