A. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
**Please note that this meeting is a mock Youth in Government Day City Council meeting for educational purposes.** Student Mayor and Councilmembers called the meeting to order at 12:06 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber, 14717 Burin Avenue, Lawndale, California.
