1.E Cooperation Agreement Renewal to the San Diego Urban County CDBG Program for Fiscal Years 2024-2027

Recommendation: Adopt Resolution renewing the City’s participation in the San Diego Urban County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Cooperation Agreement for three years from FY 2024-2025 to FY 2026-2027.

Recommendation: Adopt Resolution amending the Regional Transportation Congestion Improvement Plan (RTCIP) Fee.
1.G Award of Contract (No. 2023-01) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) FY 2021-22 Street Improvement Crane Street to Eagle Paving Company, Inc., DBA Toro Engineering.

Recommendation: Adopt Resolution awarding a contract (2023-01) for the CDBG FY 2021-22 Street Improvement (Crane Street) Project to Eagle Paving Company, Inc. in the amount of $133,875 and authorize the City Manager to execute any necessary documents.
1.H Award of Contract (No. 2023-08) for Guardrail Repairs to Hi-Way Safety, Inc.

Recommendation: Adopt Resolution awarding contract for guardrail repairs to HiWay Safety, Inc., in the amount of $54,972.85, and authorize the City Manager to execute any necessary documents.
