2. Consideration of renewal of Conditional Use Permit No. CUP-230-0001 for an existing Cannabis Retail Dispensary at 6470 Federal Boulevard (APN 478-190-20- 00) in the Light Industrial Zone pursuant to Section 17.28.020(F) of the Lemon Grove Muncipal Code.
