Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution approving the levy and collection of assessments within the Lemon Grove Wildflower Landscape Maintenance Assessment District 97-1 for Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
1.E Affirm Appointment of City Council Sub-Committee Exploring Additional Revenue Options

Recommendation: Affirm the appointment of a City Council Sub-Committee, made up of Mayor Pro Tem Gastil and Council Member Snow, to explore additional revenue options.

2. Public Hearing and Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing Sewer Service Charges for the Lemon Grove Sanitation District to be Collected on the San Diego County Property Tax Roll for Fiscal Year 2023-24

Recommendation: (1) Conduct a public hearing; and (2) Make a finding regarding the number of protests received; and (3) Adopt a resolution approving the Report and authorizing the submittal of Sewer Service Charge assessments to the San Diego County Auditor and Controller.
3. Public Hearing and Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing Annual Charges for the Lemon Grove Roadway Lighting District to be Collected on the San Diego County Property Tax Roll for Fiscal Year 2023-24
