Call to Order
Mayor Vasquez called the Regular City Council meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Mayor Racquel Vasquez, Mayor Pro-Tem Jennifer Mendoza, Councilmember Alysson Snow and Councilmember George Gastil

City Manager Romero responded to comments provided. Romero mentioned Izzy Murgula, Public Works Director is working on a plan to resume regular cleanup following the January 2024 Winter Storms and the City Clerk is developing a plan to present to Council to provide Audio / Visual recordings of the City's Council meetings.

Action: Approved the minutes of the Lemon Grove City Council meetings held on February 6, 2024 and March 19, 2024.

1.D Adopt a Resolution Rejecting all Bids Received for the Citywide Roof Replacement Project
Action: Adopted Resolution No. 2024-4010 rejecting all bids received for the Citywide Roof Replacement Project and authorize and direct staff to re-advertise and solicit new bids for the Project.

Mayor Vasquez introduced City Manager Lydia Romero to present the staff report.
Fire Chief Koch commented having Tiller (an emotional support dog) plays a positive role in firefighter mental health.

Action: Motion by Councilmember Snow, second by Councilmember Gastil adopting Resolution No. 2024-4012 awarding a contract (No. 2024-06) for the Fire Station 10 Drain Project to C.E. Wilson Corporation, in the amount of $39,930 and authorize the City Manager to execute any necessary documents.

City Manager Report
City Manager Romero stated she attended the League of California Cities Revenue and Taxation Policy Committee in Burbank. Romero acknowledged Community Services staff and other city personnel for assisting and organizing the City's Eggstavaganza on March 30, 2024.
Izzy Murguia provided a status update on Phase 2 and Phase 3 Connect Main Street.
