Mayor Orduez called the Special City Council meeting to order at 6:07 p.m.
Mayor Racquel Vasquez, Mayor Pro-Tem Jennifer Mendoza, Councilmember Alysson Snow and Councilmember George Gastil
Absent: Councilmember Liana LeBaron
Staff Members Present
Lydia Romero, City Manager; Joel G. Pablo, City Clerk; Andy McKellar, Emergency Preparedness Coordinator/CERT Manager; Deputy Fire Chief - Operations Todd Nelson, Heartland Fire and Rescue.
Pledge of Allegiance
Councilmember Gastil led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Training Workshop
Emergency Operation (EOC) Training
City Manager Lydia Romero introduced Andy McKellar, Emergency Preparedness Coordinator to provide the training. McKellar and Romero responded to questions and comments from the Council.
Public Comment
Mayor Vasquez opened the public comment period.

Mayor Vasquez closed the public comment period.
Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor Vasquez adjourned the meeting at 7:47 p.m.
