Call to Order
Mayor Pro Tem Jennifer Mendoza called the meeting to order at 8:54 p.m.
Mayor Pro Tem Jennifer Mondoza, Counsimember Jessyka Tierdia, Councilmember Steve Faiai, Councilmember Yadira Altamirano
Absent: Mayor Alysson Snow due to illness.
Staff Present
City Manager Lydia Romero, Public Works Director Izzy Murguia, City Clerk Joel G. Pablo, San Diego County Sheriff's Department Sergeant Steve Sepulveda Public Comment
Mayor Pro Tem Mendoza opened public comment. No comments were directed to the Council.
Closed Session
Mayor Pro Tem Mendoza read the Council into closed session. The Council convened into closed session at 8:54 p.m.
a. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation (Government Code §54956.9(d)(4)) 1 case
The Council convened into open session at 10:36 p.m. with all Councilmembers present.
City Manager Romero reported out from Closed Session, stating that the City Council provided general direction to staff. She also noted that no public comment was made prior to the Council convening in Closed Session.
Adjournment
Mayor Pro Tem Mendoza adjourned the meeting at 10:37 p.m. and announced that the next regular City Council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
