1.D Acceptance of Fiscal Year 2024 State Homeland Security Grant Program (SHSGP) Funds

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution accepting the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 State Homeland Security Grant Program (SHSGP) funds and authorizing the City Manager to execute appropriate agreements and/or grant documents (Attachment D) required to receive and use said funds in accordance with SHSGP requirements.
1.E Accept the 7612 Broadway Storm Drain Replacement Project (No. 2025-18) Reference: Izzy Murguia, Public Works Director
Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution (Attachment A) accepting the 7612 Broadway Storm Drain Replacement Project (No. 2025-18) as complete.

Recommendations: Receive report and provide direction on the Treganza Heritage Park Fountain Space Re-Design preferred concept.
3. Award of Contract to Public Restroom Company for the Lemon Grove Park Restroom Replacement Project (No. 2026-02)

Recommendations: Adopt a Resolution awarding a contract (No. 2026-02) to the Public Restroom Company for the purchase and installation of a prefabricated restroom for $410,617, and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute any necessary documents.
