1.E Award of Agreement (No. 2026-07) to Aztec Landscape, Inc. for Pressure Washing Services
Reference: Tom Martin, Public Works Operations and Administration Manager Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution to award an agreement (No. 2026-07) for pressure washing services to Aztec Landscaping, Inc., for an annual amount notto-exceed $65,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute any necessary documents.
1.F Continuation of Emergency Procurement Actions for Emergency Storm Drain Repairs Near 3281 College Place – Update 2

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution by the required four-fifths vote for the continuance of emergency repairs to the storm drain system near 3281 College Place.
1.G Approval of an Agreement with eScribe Software Ltd. for Agenda Management Software Services

Recommendation: (a) Adopt a Resolution approving a three year agreement with eScribe Software Ltd. for agenda management software services; and (b) Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute all agreements and documents necessary to secure the subject services, in an amount not to exceed $112,913.

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution to approve an appropriation in the amount of $141,362 from the Lemon Grove Roadway Lighting District General Benefit Fund Balance and approve an agreement with Fonroche Lighting America, Inc.

3. Award of Agreement (No. 2026-) to Western Audio Visual & Security for Audio Visual and Technology System Upgrades

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution awarding an agreement to Western Audio Visual & Security for the Audio-Visual (AV) and Technology System Upgrade Project in the amount not to exceed $240,450.79 and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the agreement and any related documents necessary to complete the project.
4. Discuss and Provide Direction on the City Council Fiscal Year 2026-27 Strategic Goals and Work Plan

Recommendation: Discuss and provide direction on the City Council Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27 Strategic Goals and Work Plan.
