1.D Engineer’s Report and Resolution Declaring the Intention to Levy and Collect Assessments within Lemon Grove Roadway Lighting District for Fiscal Year 2026-27 and Set Date for Public Hearing
Reference: Izzy Murguia, Public Works Director
Recommendation: Staff recommends that the District Board: 1) Adopt a Resolution approving the Engineer’s Report detailing assessments for Fiscal Year 2026-27; and 2) Direct the District Clerk to cause notice of the filing of the Engineer’s Report and schedule a public hearing for considering adoption of the report and authorizing submittal of Lighting District assessments to the San Diego County Auditor and Controller for inclusion on the Fiscal Year 2026-27 property tax roll.

Reference: Tom Martin, Public Works Operations and Administration Manager Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution approving a Purchase Order for $23,790.00 to Aztec Landscaping, Inc. for vegetation clearing services.
1.H Continuation of Emergency Procurement Actions for Emergency Storm Drain Repairs Near 3281 College Place – Update 4 (4/5TH Vote Required) Reference: Izzy Murguia, Public Works Director
Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution by the required four-fifths vote for the continuance of emergency repairs to the storm drain system near 3281 College Place.
1.I Approval of the 2026 City Council Meeting Calendar

Recommendation: Receive and adopt the 2026 City Council Meeting Calendar as established in accordance with Lemon Grove Municipal Code (LGMC) § 2.14.40.

a. Adopt a Resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2026-27 City of Lemon Grove Operating and Capital Budget;

c. Adopt a Resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Appropriations Limit;
d. Adopt a Resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Lemon Grove Roadway Lighting District Budget; and
