City Attorney Kristen Steinke and City Clerk Joel G' Pablo' Pledge of Allegiance
Councilmember Mendoza led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Chanses to the Agenda
City Clerk Pablo stated there were no changes to the agenda.
Public Comment on Closed Session Items
Mayor Snow opened the public comment period.

The telephonic connection for speaker Truth was temporarily interrupted during her comment.
The City Council paused briefly to allow her to reconnect and she completed her comment upon reconnecting.
Mayor Snow closed the public comment period.
Closed Session
a. Public Employment (Government Code $54957): City Manager City Attorney Steinke announced that the City Council would recess into Closed Session on the above item. The Council recessed into Closed Session at 6:12 p.m.
