In response to Jacquelyn Clark, City Attorney Steinke explained that the agenda complied with the Biown Act by identifying the position as City Manager and that no further description of the Closed Session discussion was required.
Mayor Snow closed the public comment period.

a. Public Employment (Government Code $54957): City Manager City Attomey Steinke announced that the City Council would recess into Closed Session on the above item. The council recessed into closed Session at 8:55 a.m.
