How to Speak During the Meeting
1. Use the “Raise Hand” function to join the queue to speak when the Mayor calls the item for Public Comment. Computer/Smart Device users will find this under the participant panel; telephone users may press *9 to raise a hand and *6 to unmute.
2. Staff will call your name or the last four digits of your phone number when it is your turn to speak.
3. Speakers have up to three (3) minutes to make their remarks. The Mayor may adjust the time allotted for public comment.
