Mayor Pro Tem Jessyka Heredia convened the Special City Council meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.

City Clerk Pablo stated there was no changes to the agenda.

a. Public Employment (Govemment Code $5a957): City Manager City Attorney Steinke announced that the City Council would recess into Closed Session on the above item. The Council recessed into Closed Session at 3:05 p.m.
