4.A Fiscal Outlook for Library Services (Kathryn Hunt)
Director of Library Kathryn Hunt presented to Council.
Discussion followed with staff responding to questions from Council. Public comments were made by Teresa Lai Stanislaw, Linda Derosier, Neil Cochran, and Dawna Hawksworth (via Zoom).
