The meeting was conducted in person at City Hall, 600 6 th Street, Lincoln, CA, and virtually on Zoom with a Live Stream on the City of Lincoln YouTube Channel and WAVE Channel 18.

3. STRATEGIC PLANNING
Greg Greeson of Greeson Consulting facilitated the strategic planning session.
4. COUNCIL INITIATED BUSINESS
Mayor Andreatta promoted the upcoming grand reopening of 7-11 at 320 Lincoln Blvd. scheduled for tomorrow at 11:00am as well as the upcoming Twelve Bridges new field ribbon cutting.
