OPEN SESSION MEETING
The meeting was conducted in person at City Hall, 600 6th Street, Lincoln, CA, and virtually on Zoom with a Live Stream on the City of Lincoln YouTube Channel and WAVE Channel 18.
CALL TO ORDER by Mayor Andreatta at 4:30 PM.

2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE – led by Mayor Andreatta.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS WITHIN THE SUBJECT MATTER

4. DISCUSSION ITEM
4.A Property Tax Workshop
Sean Scully, City Manager and Jennifer Brown, Chief Innovation and Technology Officer presented to Council. A lengthy City Council discussion ensued. Mayor Andreatta opened the discussion regarding the agenda item with no public comment.
6. COUNCIL INITIATED BUSINESS
Mayor Pro Tem Brown requested to recognize the Information Technology department/staff.
Councilmember Pearl introduced the Lincoln SpeedFest & Car Show to Council via PowerPoint presentation (see PDF handout attached).
Mayor Andreatta called for a break at 5:50pm to transition to the Board, Commission, and Committee interviews.
