Joint Meeting with Western Placer Unified School District (WPUSD) April 29, 2025
OPEN SESSION MEETING
The meeting was conducted in person at City Hall, 600 6th Street, Lincoln, CA, and virtually on Zoom with a Live Stream on the City of Lincoln YouTube Channel and WAVE Channel 18.
CALL TO ORDER by Mayor Andreatta at 6:00 PM.
1. ROLL CALL: Councilmembers present: Mayor Holly Andreatta Ben Brown

John Reedy
WPUSD conducted roll call.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE – led by Mayor Andreatta.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS WITHIN THE SUBJECT MATTER
JURISDICTION OF THE COUNCIL
None.
4. DISCUSSION ITEM
4.A School Facilities Agreement Discussion
Sean Scully, City Manager presented to Council and the Board of Trustees. A lengthy discussion ensued with comments from Phil Rodriguez, Lewis Management Corp., and several WPUSD public officials. Mayor Andreatta opened the discussion regarding the agenda item with the following providing public comment:
Gary McDonald, Stand Up Placer/Lighthouse Counseling Center provided comment.
WPUSD Board of Trustees approved the agreement as presented by majority vote and authorized the Superintendent to make any minor but necessary revisions.
5. COUNCIL INITIATED BUSINESS
None.
6. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Andreatta adjourned the meeting at 7:31pm.
