RE: Agenda Item 12C: Twelve Bridge Retail Center TPM Resolution Conditions of Approval #9 Errata
Further review of the City Council agenda package for the Twelve Bridge Retail Center Tentative Parcel Map, it appear s that agreed upon changes to Condition of Approval #9 are not reflected on the proposed City Council Resolution. This modification was previously agreed upon by the applicant and reviewed by staff, but was inadvertently omitted during the drafting of the conditions. Although this change was not previously presented to the Planning Commission, it is considered minor in nature. Please consider this memo as documentation of the modification and ensure it is included in the motion for Item 12C.
#9 Modification:
A note shall be placed on the final Parcel Map as follow: “Completion of reasonable onsite and offsite improvements shall be required priort to development of building sites in accordance with GC 66411.1”
Timing: Prior to issuance of a building permit
