OPEN SESSION MEETING
The meeting was conducted in person at City Hall, 600 6 th Street, Lincoln, CA, and virtually on Zoom with a Live Stream on the City of Lincoln YouTube Channel and WAVE Channel 18.
CALL TO ORDER by Mayor Pearl at 4:34 PM.

3. PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS WITHIN THE SUBJECT MATTER

None.
4. BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE RECONFIGURATION DISCUSSION
City Clerk Hope Ithurburn began the presentation to the Committee. City Manager Sean Scully and City Attorney Kristine Mollenkopf provided comments and answered questions throughout the presentation.
Mayor Pearl opened the discussion on the agenda item. The following public comment was received:
Joann Hilton addressed the Committee and made a suggestion.
Council provided direction to staff.
5. COUNCIL INITIATED BUSINESS
Councilmember Andreatta had questions regarding a cell phone tower near Twelve Bridges and about an entertainment zone downtown.

Mayor Pearl adjourned the meeting at 5:58 PM
