OPEN SESSION MEETING
The meeting was conducted in person at Twelve Bridges Library, 485 Twelve Bridges Dr., Lincoln, CA, and virtually on Zoom.
1. CALL TO ORDER by Mayor Pearl at 9:10 AM.

Councilmember Brown arrived at 11:00am and left at 12:30pm.
