This Last and Final ROPS can be submitted at any time, and DOF has 100 days within which to approve or disapprove the request. If the Last and Final ROPS is approved less than 15 days before the date of the property tax distribution, it shall not be effective until the subsequent RPTTF distribution period.

The Last and Final ROPS was scheduled for review and adoption during the regular meeting of the County Oversight Board held on January 13, 2023.
