1. CALL TO ORDER
Councilmember Flores called to order the regular meeting of the Lindsay City Council at 1:01 p.m. in the Council Chamber located at 251 E. Honolulu St.
2. ROLL CALL

Councilmember Hipolito Cerros
Councilmember Yolanda Flores
Councilmember Rosaena Sanchez
Council Absent: Mayor Ramona Caudillo
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Led by Councilmember Flores.
4. ACTION ITEMS
10.1 Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Review.
Action & Recommendation: Receive a presentation on the proposed Fiscal Year 2025 Budget and provide direction thereto.
Submitted by: Lacy Meneses, Director of Finance
Director of Finance Lacy Meneses provided a presentation for Council review.
Council posed questions for staff and provided direction to bring back further information at the next regularly scheduled Council meeting.
Council took a short recess before continuing the meeting.
5. EXECUTIVE (CLOSED) SESSION
Council recessed to closed session at 1:46 p.m.

6. RECONVENE FROM EXECUTIVE (CLOSED) SESSION
Council reconvened from closed session at 3:56 p.m.

The regular meeting was adjourned at 3:57 p.m.
