19 Peak Agenda Management
Current agenda management subscription fees - $8,901
Live Oak made the switch from IQM2 to Peak Agenda in 2019.

With smaller agencies in mind, Peak’s simplistic design helps clerks like Clarissa collect agenda items, initiate approval workflows and publish meeting information to the city’s website in a timely manner.

Though Peak is known for it’s efficiency in centralizing the agenda management process, it has it’s limitations within design, formatting, and communications between staff and administrator. 20 OneMeeting – Agenda & Meeting Management

24 Swagit Avior – Hands Free Video Streaming
$32,066.30 annually (with 7% annual uplift), $62,706.28 one-time implementation fees In our post-pandemic world, the public expects local government to provide live streamed and recorded public meetings, such as this one. But, if your organization is relatively small and struggles with limited IT resources and/or capabilities, a self-managed meeting, streaming, and recording system can be overwhelming.

With Swagit you have ..
• Search by Spoken Word
• Multi-platform streaming
(PEG channel, Roku, Twitter, etc.)
• Closed captioning for compliance
(AI driven or live human)
• On-site installation
25 At this time I will open it up to any remaining questions..

When Live Oak is ready to grow, Granicus will grow with you. 26
