UPDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY AND CITY MANAGER A. Opportunity to Acquire OES Surplus Fire Engine
Mark Scott, Interim City Manager, received direction from the Council regarding the opportunity to acquire an OES Surplus Fire Engine.
Mr. Scott announced City Hall will be closed on July 4 and July 5, 2024, and discussed the cancellation of the July 3, 2024, City Council Regular Meeting. Lastly, Mr. Scott touched on the upcoming League of California Cities Annual Conference.

COUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS
Councilmember Chapdelaine highlighted his attendance at the Stay Kool at the Pool event.
Councilmember Ghag discussed his attendance at the Sutter-Yuba Mosquito and Vector Control District Board meeting.
Vice Mayor Santana provided an update on the dog park. Vice Mayor Santana touched on the shigella outbreak and on the enforcement of illegal fireworks.
