5. Formally Announcing the Mayor and City Council’s Selection for City Manager and Approval of the City Manager’s Employment Agreement for a Term of Three Years and Approval of Resolution Appointing City Manager
Recommendation: Adopt a motion: 1) Formally Announcing the Mayor and City Council’s selection for City Manager and approving the City Manager’s Employment Agreement; 2) Authorizing the Mayor to sign the City Manager’s Employment Agreement on behalf of the City; and 3) Approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Live Oak Appointing Benjamin Moody to the Position of City Manager and approving an Employment Agreement in connection with said appointment.
