1. CALL TO ORDER – The Closed Session of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Bob Woerner at 12:30 pm, held via te leconference using Zoom and YouTube.
2. ROLL CALL – Present: Mayor Bob Woerner , Vice Mayor Regina Bonanno, and Council Member s, Robert W. Carling, Brittni Kiick and Trish Munro.

REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEMS.
Mayor Woerner opened the public comment period.
There were no speakers and the hearing was closed.
1. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
3.1 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE EMPLOYMENT: Public employee recruitment pursuant to Government Code section 54957(b).
Title of position to be filled: City Manager.
REPORT OF ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Woerner said there was no reportable action.
8. ADJOURNMENT – at 5:38 pm to a Regular City Council Meeting on March 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., held virtually using Zoom.
