CITY COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE ON ADVISORY BODIES
May 4, 2022
SPECIAL WORKSHOP MEETING
1. CALL TO ORDER – The meeting of the City Council Subcommittee on Advisory Bodies was called to order by Vice Mayor Regina Bonanno at 5:00 pm, in the Riesling Room, 1052 S. Livermore Avenue, Livermore, California.
2. ROLL CALL – Present: Vice Mayor Regina Bonanno and Council Member Brittni Kiick, Nancy Blair LARPD, Christian “ Ian” Quindipan Communications Officer LAYAC
3. SPECIAL MEETING ITEM
Vice Mayor Bonanno opened the public comment period.
There were no speakers and the public comment period was closed.
3.1 Interview of applicants for appointment to City Advisory Bodies.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends the subcommittee interview applicants for the Beautification Committee, Historic Preservation Commission, Library Board of Trustees, Livermore Housing Authority, and Livermore Area Youth Advisory Commission ( LAYAC).
THE CITY COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE ADMINISTERED THE INTERVIEWS.
THE FOLLOWING WERE RECOMMENDED FOR APPOINTMENT BY CITY
COUNCIL:
Livermore Area Youth Advisory Commission ( LAYAC) 2 adult vacancies and 6 youth vacancies

City Council Rules of Procedure 7.10.2c
If no Council Members are eligible to approve the minutes for a City Council meeting, then the City Clerk shall attest to the accuracy of the meeting minutes and enter them into official minute books of the City Council.
