SPECIAL WORKSHOP MEETING
1. CALL TO ORDER – The meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Bob Woerner at 5:00 pm, held in person at 1016 S. Livermore Avenue and remotely using Zoom and YouTube.
2. ROLL CALL – Present: Mayor Bob Woerner, Vice Mayor Regina Bonanno and Council Members Robert W. Carling, Brittni Kiick and Trish Munro

3. SPECIAL MEETING WORKSHOP ITEM
AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE PUBLIC TO ADDRESS THE CITY COUNCIL
REGARDING THE SPECIAL MEETING ITEM WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE MAYOR.
3.1 Proposed Fiscal Year 2021-23 Financial Plan Update
Recommendation: Staff recommended the City Council provide direction regarding the Proposed Fiscal Year 2021-23 Financial Plan Update.
City Manager Marc Roberts and City Engineer Bob Vinn presented the staff report.
Mayor Woerner opened the public hearing.
There were no speakers and the hearing was closed.
THE CITY COUNCIL RECEIVED THE PRESENTATION AND CONFIRMED STAFF SHOULD RETURN WITH PROPOSED FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS.
8. ADJOURNMENT – at 7:02 pm to a Special City Council Workshop on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 5:00 pm, Civic Center Meeting Hall, City Council Chambers, 1016 S. Livermore Avenue and virtually using Zoom.
