CITY COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE ON ADVISORY BODIES
September 6, 2022
SPECIAL WORKSHOP MEETING
1. CALL TO ORDER – The meeting of the City Council Subcommittee on Advisory Bodies was called to order by Mayor Bob Woerner at 6:00 pm, via Zoom.
2. ROLL CALL – Present: Mayor Bob Woerner, Vice Mayor Regina Bonanno, Nancy Blair LARPD, Natalie May Commissioner LAYAC
3. SPECIAL MEETING ITEM
3.1 Approval of draft minutes - January, 8, 2020 Special Meeting, April 14, 2020 Special Meeting, July 1, 2020 Special Meeting, August 31, 2020 Special Meeting, December 29, 2020 Special Meeting, February 3, 2021 Special Meeting, March 17, 2021 Special Meeting, May 13, 2021 Special Meeting, September 8, 2021 Special Meeting, February 2, 2022 Special Meeting, and May 4, 2022 Special Meeting.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends the City Council Subcommittee on Advisory Bodies approve the draft minutes.
Mayor Woerner opened the public comment period.
There were no speakers and the public comment period was closed.
PER CITY COUNCIL RULES OF PROCEDURE 7.10.2C
IF NO COUNCIL MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPROVE THE MINUTES
FOR A CITY COUNCIL MEETING, THEN THE CITY CLERK SHALL ATTEST
TO THE ACCURACY OF THE MEETING MINUTES AND ENTER THEM INTO OFFICIAL MINUTE BOOKS OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
3.2 Interview of applicants for appointment to City Advisory Bodies.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends the subcommittee interview applicants for the Livermore Area Youth Advisory Commission ( LAYAC).
Mayor Woerner opened the public comment period.
There were no speakers and the public comment period was closed.

ADJOURNMENT at 7:24 pm to a Special City Council Subcommittee on Advisory Bodies meeting on September 7, 2022 at 5:00 pm, virtually using Zoom.
