SPECIAL MEETING
1. CALL TO ORDER – The meeting of the City Council Subcommittee on Advisory Bodies was called to order by Council Member Robert Carling at 5:00 pm.
2. ROLL CALL – Present: Council Member Robert Carling and Council Member Evan Branning.
3. SPECIAL MEETING ITEM
3.1 Approval of draft minutes – October 25, 2022 Special Meeting.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends the City Council Subcommittee on Advisory Bodies approve the draft minutes.
Council Member Carling opened the public comment period.
There were no speakers and the public comment period was closed.
3.2 Interview of applicants for appointment to City Advisory Bodies.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends the subcommittee interview applicants for Beautification Committee, Commission for the Arts, and Library Bord of Trustees.
Council Member Carling opened the public comment period.
There were no speakers and the public comment period was closed.
