SPECIAL MEETING
1. CALL TO ORDER – T he m eeting of the City Council Subcommittee on Advisory Bodies was called to order by Council Member Carling at 5:00 pm.
2. ROLL CALL – Pr esent: Council Member Robert Carling and Council Member Ben Barrientos.
3. SPECIAL MEETING ITEM
3.1 Approval of draft minutes – June 22, 2023 Special Meeting.
Recommendation:
Staff recommended the City Council Subcommittee on Advisory Bodies approve the draft minutes.
Council Member Carling opened the public comment period.
There were no speakers, and the public comment period was closed.
3.2 Interview of applicants for appointment to City Advisory Bodies.

commendation:
Staff recommend ed the subcommittee interview applicants for the Livermore Airport Commission, the Livermore Housing Authority, and the Human Services Commission.
Council Member Carling opened the public comment period.
There were no speakers, and the public comment period was closed.
