b) Update on transitioning to an unleaded future at the Livermore Municipal Airport in consideration of Environmental Protection Agency AV Gas Emissions Endangerment Finding on October 18, 2023. (Livermore)
5) Update on Surface Mining Permit (SMP) 38, 39, 40 Project and annexation of land (Livermore)
6) Review of meeting schedule for 2024 (Livermore and Pleasanton) a) Proposed 2024 Meeting Dates: January 30; April 29; July 30; and October 29 7) Matters initiated by committee members and future agenda items

The purpose of this meeting is to provide information on topics of shared interest between the Cities of Livermore and Pleasanton. The meeting is a work session between two elected officials from each City and City staff. The meeting is not recorded nor are any minutes taken as this is a work session and the Committee has no decision -making authority. Action items are identified to assist with further discussion, however, all final decisions related to items discussed will be made by each City’s Council or City Manager as appropriate.
