CITY COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE ON ADVISORY BODIES
March 6 and 7, 2024

SPECIAL MEETING
1. CALL TO ORDER – The meeting of the City Council Subcommittee on Advisory Bodies was called to order by Council Member Kiick at 5:00 pm.
2. ROLL CALL – Present: Council Member Brittni Kiick and Council Member Ben Barrientos.
3. SPECIAL MEETING ITEM
3.1 Approval of draft minutes – September 26, 2023 Special Meeting.
Recommendation:
Staff recommended the City Council Subcommittee on Advisory Bodies approve the draft minutes.
Council Member Kiick opened the public comment period.
There were no speakers, and the public comment period was closed.
Per City Council Rules of Procedure 7.10.2c
If no Council Members are eligible to approve the minutes for a City Council meeting, then the City Clerk shall attest to the accuracy of the meeting minutes and enter them into official minute books of the City Council.
3.2 Interview of applicants for appointment to the Livermore Airport Commission, the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District Board of Trustees, Beautification Committee, Commission for the A rts, Historic Preservation Commission, and the Library Board of Trustees.
Recommendation:
Staff recommended the City Council Subcommittee on Advisory Bodies interview applicants for Livermore Airport Commission, the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District Board of Trustees, Beautification Committee, Commission for the Arts, Historic Preservation Commission, and the Library Board of Trustees.
Council Member Kiick opened the public comment period.
There were no speakers, and the public comment period was closed.
