CITY COUNCIL- PLANNING COMMISION JOINT MEETING
1. CALL TO ORDER – The meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor John Marchand at 6:00 pm, held in person at 1016 S. Livermore Avenue.
ROLL CALL – Present: Mayor John Marchand, Vice Mayor Evan Branning, Council Members Ben Barrientos, Steven Dunbar, and Kristie Wang. Chair Yolanda Fintschenko, Vice Chair Tracy Kronzak, Commissioners Jacob Anderson, Nadine Horner, and Charity Steele.
3. SPECIAL MEETING ITEM
3.1 Biennial Joint City Council and Planning Commission Municipal Authority Training.
Recommendation: Staff recommended the City Council and Planning Commission receive the presentation.
Mayor Marchand opened the public comment period.
John Pytlak provided a comment.
There were no more speakers, and the comment period was closed.
Planning Manager Steve Riley, Senior Planner Jake Potter, City Attorney Jason Alcala, and Assistant City Attorney Katherine Mirassou jointly presented the item.

PRESENTATION.
ADJOURNMENT – at 7:06 pm to a Special City Council Meeting on Monday, April 28, 2025 at 6:00 pm and a Regular City Council Meeting on Monday, April 28, 2025 at 7:00 pm, Civic Center Meeting Hall, City Council Chambers, 1016 S. Livermore Avenue.
