MAY 19, 2025
SPECIAL MEETING
1. CALL TO ORDER – The meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor John Marchand at 5:01 pm, held in person at 1016 S. Livermore Avenue.
2. ROLL CALL – Present: Mayor John Marchand, Council Members Steven Dunbar and Kristie Wang.
Absent: Vice Mayor Evan Branning absent excused and Council Member Ben Barrientos.
Council Member Ben Barrientos arrived at 5:02 pm.
3. SPECIAL MEETING WORKSHOP ITEM
3.1 National Community Survey Results and Proposed Fiscal Year 2025 - 27 Operating and Capital Improvement Plan Budgets
Recommendation: Staff recommended the City Council receive presentation of, and ask any clarifying questions regarding, the National Community 2025 Survey Results and the Proposed Fiscal Year 2025 -27 Operating and Capital Improvement Plan Budgets.
Stephanie Egidio, Assistant to the City Manager, Tina Olsen, Administrative Services Director, and Joel Waxdeck, City Engineer presented the staff report.
Mayor Marchand opened the public comment period.
There were no speakers, and the public comment period was closed.
THE CITY COUNCIL RECEIVED THE PRESENTATION.
4. ADJOURNMENT – at 5:42 pm to a Regular City Council Meeting on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 7:00 pm, Civic Center Meeting Hall, City Council Chambers, 1016 S. Livermore Avenue.
