The Special City Council meeting of February 1, 2022, was called to order by Mayor Chandler at 7:00 a.m.
Present: Council Member Khan, Council Member Kuehne, Council Member Nakanishi, Mayor Pro Tempore Hothi, and Mayor Chandler
Absent: None
Also Present: City Manager Schwabauer, City Attorney Magdich, and Deputy City Clerk Farris Note: Council Member Kuehne arrived at 7:02 a.m.

Adjourn to Closed Session
At 7:02 a.m., Mayor Chandler adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session to discuss the above matters. The Closed Session adjourned at 8:14 a.m.

City Manager Schwabauer reported that B-1 and B-2 were both discussion with no reportable action.
