At 7:03 a.m., Mayor Chandler adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session to discuss the above matters. The Closed Session adjourned at 7:59 a.m.

Return to Open Session/Disclosure of Action
At 8:00 a.m., Mayor Chandler reconvened the City Council meeting, and Deputy City Manager Keys disclosed the following actions.
In regard to Item C-2a), reviews were conducted with City Council and direction was given, with no reportable action.

Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at 8:01 a.m.
