Call to Order / Roll Call
The Special City Council meeting of June 6. 2023, was called to order by Mayor Pro Tempore Craig at 7:03 a.m.
Present: Council Member Bregman, Council Member Yepez, and Mayor Pro Tempore Craig
Absent: Council Member Nakanishi, and Mayor Hothi Also Present: City Manager Schwabauer, City Attorney Magdich, and City Clerk Nashed B.
Announcement of Closed Session
a)
Public Employment – Regarding One Position – Conference with Paul Kimura, of Avery Associates, and Human Resources Manager Adele Post Regarding Recruitment of City Attorney Pursuant to Government Code §54957 (CA) C.
Adjourn to Closed Session
At 7:04 a.m., Mayor Pro Tempore Craig adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session to discuss the above matter. The Closed Session adjourned at 8:06 a.m.

Return to Open Session / Disclosure of Action
At 8:06 a.m., Mayor Pro Tempore Craig reconvened the City Council meeting, and City Attorney Magdich disclosed the following actions.
Item C-2a) was discussion only with no other reportable action.

There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at 8:06 a.m.
