At 5:35 p .m. , Mayor Hothi adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session to discuss the above matter . The Closed Session adjourned at 6:55 p .m.

At 7:01 p .m. , Mayor Hoth i reconv ened the City C ouncil meeting, and City Attorney Lucchesi disclosed there was no reportable action .
