The City Council Closed Session meeting of December 12, 2023 , was called to order by Mayor Craig at 7:05 a .m.

B . ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED S ESSION
B.1 Public Employee Performance Evaluation (Government Code § 54957) : Three Appointed Positions – City Clerk, Ci ty Attorney, and Interim City Manager.
C . ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
At 7:05 a.m. , Mayor Craig adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session to discuss the above matter . The Closed Session adjourned at 8:48 a.m.
D . RETURN TO OPEN SESSION / DISCLOSURE OF ACTION
At 8:48 a.m. , Mayor Craig reconvened the City C ouncil meeting, and City Attorney Lucchesi disclosed there was no reportable action .

There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at 8:48 a. m.
